I just realised that it's been a really long time since I last updated my lj. I really should do it more often.

Anyways I came back home to Exeter yesterday and was promptly whisked off to the dentist where it went like "you have gums and I have a pointy metal thing" - stab, stab, STAB! but my teeth are all fine so I suppose it's all ok.

This afternoon I went shopping in Exeter city centre. I'd forgotten just how much fun it is to fight through swarms of people all doing their Christmas shopping, but at least I now have a pair of black jeans so I can now wear my leather coat more often. Yay!

My new house is fantastic! Woot! But stupid Virgin Media lost my first order for internet and phone so now I won't be online until 21st July :(

Also there's something up with the gas so we have no hot water at the moment.

Other than that all is great and I start my job on 17th July :)

MAIM! BASH! BLUDGEON! CRUSH! This military death-droid doesn't take any shit. Got a problem? Violence is the solution. Parking ticket? Kill them. Post's late? Bear trap. Cold pizza? Tactical warhead. You're not sure if people respect or simply fear you, but if they get in your way, they're toast.

I've just been back home for a couple of days, went out for Chinese food with my family. The food and company were actually pretty good for once.
I also met then new dog, she's an ex-racing greyhound called Zoey, although given how much time it spent sleeping I'm sure it's part cat.
